In this module we help you understand body language more effectively. It decreases your chances of being misunderstood, causing conflicts and increase your chances of being able to spot a liar, hire and be hired.

Communication needs to be effective in business, it is the essence of management. The basic functions of management cannot be performed well without effective business communication.
Whether you are just starting out in business or are further along in your career curve, we teach you specific business communication skill that are necessary for your success and will help you work smarter.

On our module on Action Planning, sets out how to translate a strategic plan into a set of clear actions, all the responsibility of a particular individual, to ensure that your strategy is delivered.

Being able to function effectively in a team and manage team situations are essential skills for getting on in today’s workplaces and in life more generally.
Working well in groups and teams requires some understanding of now how teams and groups function. On our module on Team Management we update you on such skills.

Because time is limited. Time ticks away regardless you like it or not. It is a huge part of managing yourself. If you cannot manage time and your limited resources, how do you plan achieve your goals?
